At Access Engineering Ltd., people aren’t just employees, they are the spirit of Access! Our most valuable asset! Believing in the notion that "charity begins at home", we treat our employees with respect and responsibility. In keeping with this belief, we provide our team with a secure work place with due consideration towards their welfare as well. The highlight however is that, each and every employee is considered a stake holder of the company and is rewarded with a share of the revenue based on the company’s performance.

At the same time, we are also very conscious of our responsibilities towards the society and have thus initiated many projects to improve the environment and quality of life of the general public, by extending a generous helping hand towards their needs.

Among our concluded corporate responsibility programmes, include the construction of classroom buildings, halls and other facilities for rural public schools, the construction of buildings and refurbishment work in public hospitals and common public play grounds and facilities, etc.

Among our contributions to providing disaster relief during times of emergency, was our pro-active mobilization in providing temporary emergency bridges to access the affected areas during the devastating experience of the tsunami in 2004. Subsequently, we also contributed towards the construction of houses for families affected by the tsunami.

Whilst specific public welfare programmes are identified annually based on their needs, our ongoing projects include a sustainable tree planting programme at our work areas, where we have planted over 5000 trees islandwide to date.

In addition, we also provide training to engineering students – the future stakeholders of this profession.
