Design of 42km road from Valachchaina to Verugal included geometric design and pavement design (DBST) including culverts & side drains. Culverts consist of new constructions and rehabilitations. Auto Cad Civil 3D software was used for geometric design of road. The proposed road was 2 lane 6.5m wide and having 0.85 soft shoulders on either side.
