All personnel recruited by Access Engineering are sent through a process of introduction of the company, which explains the company’s code of ethics and working standards. The company expects a high level of loyalty and integrity when conducting its business activities and all personnel (especially the management personnel) are expected to understand the company’s expectations and compliance to its requirements. Annual appraisals are carried out for all staff members and bi-annual appraisals are done for selected persons. The appraisal is focused on performance evaluation of the respective employee. Staff members are sent for both local and overseas training as part of our HR development process. Staff welfare is periodically reviewed and among present staff welfare measures include Life Insurance cover for the employee and comprehensive medical and life cover for the employee and his family. Other staff welfare measures include annual bonus, annual trips, annual Christmas party and other welfare measures.
