Access Realities

Access Realties (Private) Limited

A 100% owned subsidiary of AEL, Access Realties is the proprietor & managing agent of Access Towers , a 12-story complex providing more than 125,000 square feet of office space complete with slick captivating design, corporate amenities and contemporary resources. Access Towers was completed in 1998 and now functions as the headquarters of AEL.

Access Realties 2 (Private) Limited which is a fully –owned subsidiary of Access Realties (Private) Limited is engaged developed Access Tower II, a state-of-the-art office complex, a “G+29” story modern office complex providing approximately 200,000 sqaure fee of A Grade, state-of-the-art office space.

SML is a renowned subsidiary of AEL since 2012, and is the franchise holder for Isuzu Motor Vehicles & Spare Parts in Sri Lanka. As of March 2017, AEL held 84% of SML respectively. SML Frontier Automotive (Private) Limited, the authorised distributor for Land Rover/ Range Rover and Jaguar automobiles in Sri Lanka is a 50% held subsidiary of

With CIDA C1 & F1 accreditation for building construction & total interior/ aluminum works respectively, APL is a leader & pioneer in leisure-based building construction in the country. APL became an 80% owned subsidiary of AEL in October 2014. APL is the exclusive franchisee of Aluk Italy.

Harbour Village is a joint venture between AEL & China Harbour Engineering Company and Musthafa Singapore (Private) Limited. This will comprise of 1089 condominium units for upper middle income market and around 150,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Blue Star Realties (Private) Limited

Blue Star Realties (Pvt.) Ltd., is a 50% owned Joint Venture of AEL, a BOI Registered Enterprise which owns a property of over 1 acre in Rajagiriya. Plans are underway for a special condominium development project consisting of 242 apartment units and parking facilities for over 330 vehicles.

ZPMC Lanka (Private) Limited

Established in 2013, ZPMC Lanka Company (Private) Limited, is a Joint Venture between AEL & Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Company Limited (ZPMC), which is the world’s largest port handling equipment manufacturer. Since its incorporation, in addition to commission and maintenance of container handling equipment in ports
across the country, the Company has successfully carried out operations in Western Asia and Middle Eastern ports.

Horizon Holdings (Private) Limited

Horizon Holdings (Private) Limited, Horizon Holdings Ventures ((Private) Limited and Horizon Knowledge City Limited, are engaged in the property development business. AEL holds 50%, 100% and 99% of the companies’ ownership respectively. The three companies jointly own 21 acres of land in Malabe within the IT zone. The lands are earmarked for a variety of key development projects qualifying for BOI concessions
